Jeff has 15 years of sales, sales management and business capture experience. Prior to joining Taborda Solutions, Jeff was a Vice President at SM&A where he was responsible for Western US sales & project delivery oversight. Prior to joining SM&A, Jeff was an applications sales manager and Director of eGovernment for Oracle Corporation where he focused on National State & Local Government programs. Jeff also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Carta Incorporated, a privately-held company offering e-government solutions to governments throughout the United States. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Jon has 22 years business capture and management experience. His career includes 9 years with Oracle and national responsibilities while a Vice President at SM&A. Jon has conducted dozens of strategy workshops for information technology companies and large system integrators. He has successfully managed numerous complex state and local pursuits and proposals. Jon holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from New York University.

Scott has 22 years of sales and operational leadership experience. Since 2001 he has focused exclusively on State and Local IT, working for leading companies such as Oracle and Saber. Scott most recently served as Senior Vice President with Saber Corporation where he directed sales, marketing and capture during the company’s growth from $5M to over $200M in annual sales in just four years. Scott holds a B.A. in Economics from U.C. Davis.
