The Inside Sales Representative will provide sales support and increase sales revenue through proactive, ongoing client interaction and follow-up. The Inside Sales Representative will be accountable for sales activities and tasks within an assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales targets by following up on leads and expanding business with existing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Acquire new customers by calling into qualified organizations, attending networking events, and developing customer relationships
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Maintain open communication with customers, partners, and internal departments throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Qualify business opportunities by identifying and communicating with appropriate decision makers
  • Must provide accurate and timely follow-up from voicemail and email messages
  • Ideal candidate must have the ability to maintain and develop positive team cohesiveness and possess the ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures. They must be a “team player”

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, or other relevant field
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a sales environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess an ability to collaborate and work successfully with teams vital to your role
  • Must have some technical acumen or be a quick learner
  • Self-motivated professional who demonstrates a high level of energy
  • Minimal travel required for various technology or company events
  • Work experience utilizing a CRM

Security Sales Engineer

Taborda Solutions is looking for a seasoned, hardworking Security Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling security solutions to senior executives.  Person be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as partnering with existing customers to ensure high renewal rates and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.


  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
  • Successfully match customer security pain points and requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Effectively communicate client security needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Collaborate and partner with Taborda’s various security resale manufacturers to develop custom solutions that address each customer’s security challenges
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence


  • Proven working experience in a Security Sales Account Management or Engineering position
  • Proven track record selling complex security solutions
  • Proven ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in security solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and presentation creation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with an IT focus
  • Willingness to travel as needed (minimal travel required)
