Taborda Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for generating and maintaining business relationships. This person will be responsible for forming strategic partnerships with clients, engaging with them throughout the entire sales cycle from prospecting, to qualifying, to closing.
They will collaborate closely with the Recruiting and Channel Management sales team to place top quality consultants with their clients while targeting, qualifying and growing their business.

Additional Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with decision makers (mid-level executives, directors, CIOs, Project Managers, CTOs)
• Apply industry specific knowledge and expertise to share new business and technology insights with clients
• Generate new opportunities through networking and prospecting both cold and warm accounts

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and platform configuration and ongoing support. Including EC2, Redshift, and other AWS server and storage products. Intern will participate in training and gain AWS certifications to perform duties.
  • Advanced forms and workflow. The intern will be training to develop electronic forms with advanced workflow that will replace paper-based forms for our clients.

Required Experience

Taborda Solutions is in search of an experienced, PMP-Certified Project Manager who will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Adobe Forms Developer

Taborda Solutions is seeking an Adobe Forms Developer to join our talented, dynamic team.  This person will be responsible for the design and development of forms ranging from basic forms, to forms with work flows and database back-end storage. The successful candidate will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide and implement recommendations for best practices for the ADOBE product. The candidate will act as a mentor and provide knowledge transfer to other developers assigned to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and revise content in electronic and paper forms per specifications
  • Create installation scripts and participate in solution implementations
  • Gather and analyze business and systems requirements to create effective forms design solutions
  • Create document specifications from approved business requirements
  • Test completed forms design to ensure business and systems requirements have been met

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Offer suggestions and recommendations during solution design and execution phase from a functional perspective to ensure business intent is understood by the project team
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools
  • Lead and support multiple client engagements as required, effectively managing project scope, schedule, and resources

Taborda Solutions is looking for a seasoned, hardworking Security Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling security solutions to senior executives.  Person be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as partnering with existing customers to ensure high renewal rates and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.


  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
